I want to generate invoice and purchase orders automatically on Work orders complete.
is there are default functionality ?

AFAIK there is no such functionality OOB.

Yes we can generate Invoice (not purchase order ), Once we complete Work order and change status of work order as "Post completed".
Work order has service and product (as used)get inherited to related Invoice.

Yes this is standard functionality for the Invoice - When you set the configuration to allow auto invoice on completion of the Bookable Resource Booking (Work Order Schedule) however normally a PO would be raised before a work order is complete so if you want to do if after i would suggest a workflow to handle this on status change as well (or on creation of the invoice)

Hi Pravin, is this function still exist for dynamics 365? We don't seem to be able to generate the invoice when the work order is marked as Completed - Post and the setting " Work Order Invoice Creation" is set to "On Work Order Posted". Thanks
