Synchronisation problems with Gamification

Hi,

There seems to be a synchronisation problem with gamification i've added new KPIs in dynamics but they do not appear in gamification ans also the points do not seem to calculate.

Any idea why this happens?

    i tried to set the blank issue checked and it is working fine,

    it is picking depending on item model group option for the FEFO Date controlled checked and Pick criteria is Expiration Date

    the statement posting will work fine

    so 

    Tracking dimension group should be like

    and item Model group is like

    Hi Jesse,
    I also have the same issue like the users above. I installed the solution on a Dynamics 365 Trial org, and after activate it and setup a game, I'm getting an error message like this one:
    Something went wrong. To re-sync the app, please click Reset Jobs. Details
    Sync: Not Running
    After I click Reset Jobs, nothing happens.
    The score does not update even after reset jobs.

    Hi All, when installing Gamification, there is a new Security Role created of KPI Manager. Try adding that role to your user record, then try going to Gamification, Gamification Settings, and then Reset Jobs. I think that should solve the issue (assuming you haven't sorted it out already!).

    Hi, renopaul. A friend of mine had the same problem so he opted for a CTI solution called Tenfold (www.tenfold.com) for integration. Based on my research, they offer a gamification feature that my friend's team really loves. I'm currently researching on it and looks promising.

    I did all that going into the solution and have the same message afterwards:

    When you open the solution, if you see the screen I attached in screen shot, you need to click "Generate Security Key" and then copy/paste the code provided into your game when you activate it.  Paste the code in the area provided when you click on "Activation" after you go to Settings/Gamification/Gamification Settings

    Yes, I'm using 2017.3.0 as well.

    I went into the solution and open it, how do I know that? Because I activate Gamification going into Gamification Settings on the SiteMap.

    Ok, that makes more sense Jonathan. Are you using the most recent version of Gamification?  I'm using 2017.3.0

    Also make sure you have activated the game by going into the solution and making sure your activation key has been applied.

    The LeaderBoard shows the correct score that is supposed to show through all categories, the problem is that message, how to turn it into Active instead of No Synchronized.
