Trade agreement doesn't work through Affiliation

Hello!

I have a problem with the trade agreements for customers. I created a price group and added a trade agreement to the price group. After that I added the price group through the affiliations to the customer account I chose. Additional to that I created a discount in retail module and added this discount to the previously created affiliation as well. So the customer now has a affiliation which consists a price group and discount.

But when creating an sales order AX choses the "Base sales price" from the item instead of using the price from the trade agreement.

However, when I am using the pricing simulator everthing works fine and even the discount applies to the item.

Could somebody help me here! It would be great!

In case someone faces the same issue. In the end we managed to find the problem. We did not click on "Initialize" in the retail parameters to enable the retail functions. Without initializing retail setups like the price groups, the affiliations or discounts can not apply for example when creating sales orders.

You can find the button in "Retail\Setup\Parameters\Retail parameters\Initialize". The button will show up at the top bar. It takes a few minutes and everything is ready!

Hi Mario,

I have the same issue and I Initialized in parameters. But still, the sales order picks the base price instead of trade agreements. Any other possible solutions?
