Currently have a workflow setup that will send an email to a teams channel when specific field criteria is met on an opportunity record. Is there anyway to include an @ mention in workflow email that would notify that user in teams? Or maybe a way to have the system do an auto-post on the timeline of a record that would @ mention a user and notify them in teams?
