Dear All Experts,

Good Day

I need to create a history form for each service orders.

If user create a service order then this form saved a line for example:-

Line 1)  Service Order Id:- SRV-00001      History Type  :- Inserted          stage ID:-  Process              UserId: abc

if another user modified this so new line will be added in this form as example:-

Line 2)  Service Order Id:- SRV-00001      History Type  :- Modified        stage ID:- Call Back               UserId: abc

Every time if any user come and change anything his record automatically generate in new line.

    Hi DEEPAKNONU!

Maybe database log functionality is better way instead of creating new form?

Don't use database log it will likely crash your system.

In the AOS you can turn on the created by modified fields for particular transactions.

Database log provide the functionality to log insert update and delete functionality on table as well as selected filed of a table.

Database logging, although it can be valuable from a business perspective, can be expensive with regard to resource use and management.

So, you can write your own logic using event handlers on Insert and Update methods.
