Is it possible to reverse reservation from all order lines when I switch the reservation field from automatic to manual?

A reminder pops up with update reservation, but the order lines are still reserved.

I have to delete the reservation on every single order line to update reservations. Is there any possibility to reverse reservation on every single line at once or a selection of order lines?

Hi,

Switching from Automatic > Manual reservation does not trigger any cleanup and D365FO does not provide a standard batch job to mass unreserve existing sales order lines. The change in config will only impact the future transactions.

Reservations in D365FO are actually impacting the InventTrans like Reserved ordered, Reserved physical, On order etc. With reservations already in place, it is kind of transaction level commitment. Ideally, changing the configs should not allow it or retroactively modify the Invent trans record.
