Our CRM environment now contains almost 9,000 contacts who have had the inactive status for a year or more. We really feel the need to delete those records, especially because we hope to create free storage space. We are very curious, does it provide significant writing space, would you remove them, what are the risks?

    Hi,
     
    Since the contact entity is associated with many entities.
    Deleting a contact record also deletes the records of some related entities. For example, social profiles, opportunities, activities, and cases.
     
    This thread raises a similar issue, and you can refer to the replies therein.
