Recently, I've been going through the surveys of one of my clients and saw that they didn't use Salutations. Therefore, to personalise their surveys I have added the standard CV variables of First- and Last Name.
However, due to the language, a lot of surnames have prefixes. Although, Dynamics has a field for this, the problem is; that if there isn't a prefix, it will leave a white space which then looks sloppy.
Therefore, we've made a customised field in D365 that generates the full name that I want to use as a customised variable in CV.
In CV, I have made a customised variable named Salutation:

How can I link the right field and query with the right variable?
