    Hello Fajar,

Can you share details of what you mean by disappear?

Do you see some records one day that are not there the next day?

    Many thanks,

    Ludwig

    Hello Fajar,

Is this a number sequence related issue or do you miss some recorded transactions that you have seen before and that are now no longer available?

    Best regards

If you have BOM's containing lines of type 'Pegged supply' or 'Vendor' these auto-generate sub-production and purchase orders.  Estimating this production order causes sub-production and purchase orders to be generated and re-setting that production order back to created will delete those sub-transactions

Check to see if these BOM line types exist on any of the remaining production orders.

    thank you for your reply.

I created Production order from number 51-200. When I check on production order listpage suddenly number 51-100 lost. Then I check on AOT table and SQL the record number 51-100 not exists. I only have the hard copy of the production order but if I reenter the order may disrupt the data.

My BOM only contains material items.

    Thank you

    Hello Fajar,

Are you making use of the periodic job that cleans up production orders?

If you are not then I would like to know if you see the same system behavior in a different demo/test system or whether this is something that you see only in Live.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Fajar,

Have you been able to get this resolved in the meantime?

If so, what was the underlying issue?

Would be great if you could share details.

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig
