Unable to determine control type from ribbon control '//Control[@Id='Mscrm.TabSearch']'

One of our client is facing a send error report message when navigating from a form back to the list view of all records. However this occurs only when the user clicks on the ribbon to go back to the previous page and not when clicked on the name of the record. Upon screen sharing I got the following details:

Could someone please advise the reason/work around for this error?

    Hi Shwetakumar ,

    What if another user and another PC, another System admin as well.

    It is not when you click the customized ribbon, right?

    There are several workaround I found in the Internet but the most useful way is to re-install the CRM for Outlook.
