Can't open JQuery UI dialog after save

I'm trying to open a JQuery UI dialog when a form saves. But I'm getting an "Object doesn't support property or method 'dialog'" if the form has been saved previously. Opening the form on the first save works fine. I put all the necessary JQuery code in one big file to avoid an issue with loading order. Anyone know what might be causing the error?

    Thanks for the attempt, but that didn't fix the issue. I think I figured it out though. For anyone who might have the same problem, it was caused by Dynamics loading its own JQuery 1.7.2 file when the form is in update mode, which removed my JQuery UI function. So, instead of adding the JQuery WebResources in the form builder, I conditionally load them in my JavaScript. When the form is in "create" mode I load the JQuery + JQuery UI file and when the form is in "update" mode I just load JQuery UI after Dynamics' JQuery 1.7.2 is done loading.
