Hello, anyone knows where to go to download Dexterity 10 2013 update?

If you are having issues downloading files, it maybe a file manager transfer issue.
If you are having trouble downloading a file, a new version of File Transfer Manager needs to be installed. Normally you would get a prompt to download and install the new version but for some reason the pop-up prompt is not working.
