I wonder if this is related to the encryption algorithm and is caused be the Data Source name in the ODBC being set up differently between machines.

Thanks, I'll try that. I see that it is setup for other users also but they're not having this issue... I will leave it for the time being on the other users.
When you go to Tools->Setup>System->User is the Password Expiration box checked? If it is uncheck it.
Unfortunately, I am part of the IT staff and we haven't changed any policies... And this is only affecting one user.
I would start by contacting your IT staff and see if they are enforcing a password policy that includes password expiration. There is nothing in GP that would cause this.
