How to enable Relevance Search Preview feature?

Hi All,

As per Microsoft Technet https://technet.microsoft.com/library/5ec1a73d-06cb-4d40-adab-8bb293bcedbb.aspx,

Relevance Search Preview feature should appear in Preview tab of System Settings dialog in CRM. I have CRM 2016 Spring Online environment, but cannot see the option to enable it.

Did anyone face same problem and got any resolution? Appreciate your responses. Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Have you logged in as administrator ? I am able to enable it on our online instance.

Make sure your CRM onine version is 8.1.0.362.

Thanks for your quick response Mansoor.

I have logged in as a Global Administrator as I am working on trial environment.

Did you perform any additional steps? Also, I assume you must be using trial environment. Also, my trial environment has https://<org>.crm.dynamics.com. Do you also have CRM environment deployed in US?

I am not using trial environment. We have online instance which is hosted Europe.

Hi, appreciate you've marked this as answered but I came across this issue as and came up with a different end result. After a bit of trial an error I found this only works for paid up tenants and not trials. I'm in Eurpoe and my paid service has this option but my trial does not.

I have Client critical requirement of Relevance Search.

However I am not able to see the option under System settings for enabling Relevance Search as per link technet.microsoft.com/.../5ec1a73d-06cb-4d40-adab-8bb293bcedbb.aspx,

I have created trial new CRM Environment on 09/12/2016 in Germany Data Center still not able to enable option for Relevance Search and also tried for US Data Center but still no option.
