    What is ivc? Does it refer to Table?

    Your comment says "-- sub query 1" so i suspect whichever script you copied this from has "ivc" defined somewhere in the outer query

    1. you can hardcode the contract number instead of "ivc.IndivOrChgCmplContrNumber" OR
    2. you need join the table form where you are expecting the value of  "ivc.IndivOrChgCmplContrNumber"

    You haven't declared "ivc", so SQL interpreter doesn't know which table you want that value to come from.
     
    replace that with a fixed value, or extend the query to include a table called "ivc".
