Sealed bids not works

Dear Sir,

when i use sealed bids, and start bidding as a supplier, got error as below. could you please let me know how to solve it ? Thanks a lot.

We're sorry, but we can't display or accept bids at this time because our bidding system isn't available. Please try again in a few minutes. If the problem persists, please get in touch with us.3817.Capture.JPG

    Hi CaseyWen,

    You can firstly check if that the configuration in the MS documentation is all complete:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../sealed-bidding

    Thanks Judy. we checked yesterday. all are done. just one thing here maybe is the reason for Feature management set up. when i enable sealed bids there, got a note, China and US cloud will not be available. i'm not sure if it is really can't use in China.

    You may raise a ticket with Microsoft for further investigations.
