Sealed bids not works

Dear Sir,

when i use sealed bids, and start bidding as a supplier, got error as below. could you please let me know how to solve it ? Thanks a lot.

We are getting the same error. Have you raised a ticket with Microsoft? Did you solve the case and how?

Thanks Judy. we checked yesterday. all are done. just one thing here maybe is the reason for Feature management set up. when i enable sealed bids there, got a note, China and US cloud will not be available. i'm not sure if it is really can't use in China.

You can firstly check if that the configuration in the MS documentation is all complete:
