Using SMTP email in Business Central

Hi All,
 
I have a problem when setting up an SMTP account in the business central.
 
  1. this account does not have MFA enabled.
  2. assigned license 365 Business Basic
  3. Email apps - All apps allowed
Can anyone help to advise me whats missing here?
