The whole process is working fine. But there is one field that is not being filled when creating a Lead.

(the screenshots are translated since the orginial is in hebrew)

Created custom field to capture the selection

Set the mapping field to the one in Lead

On the form submission I can see that the field has value

The lead is created properly and all the fields are filled but this field remains empty

On the Audit History I get this strange Icon

The field on the list has the type OptionSet

Thanks, any help will be appreciated

    Hi,

If a form field has been inserted into a marketing form and its options changed, it is necessary to remove it from the form and re-add it.

Otherwise, the options will not be updated in the form.

Here is a similar issue which you can refer to:

The form has been captured from the website, not a created Marketing Form.

    Hi,

You can create a new form field mapping to the option set field to achieve it.

Please refer to the answer in the following issue:

(+) How to map a capture form dropdown to a text field on the contact? - Dynamics 365 Marketing Forum Community Forum

Yes, that's a workaround and a good idea, but doesn't solve the issue itself.

    Is this a known issue?

    Hi,

In the submission, the value captured is a string of characters.

If the "interested in" field in the lead entity is an option set, it is recorded with the value and label of the options. So it cannot be corresponded to by the value in the submission.

Or you can try to adjust the form in the website and track the value instead of the label from the form.

You are right. Thank you for the answer.
