Dear Community,
We have 2 types of customers which behave differently while importing a camt.054 file.
- some are created directly from Finance. These work perfectly.
- some are created through Power Automate when a customer is created in Customer Engagement
On the second type, I have the following message.

The GER configuration cannot find the customer account related to the customer name given in the file. When I created a customer manually and modified the camt.054 file to match him, it worked fine.
I have verified everything I have thought of : power automate created a record in the CustomersV3 entity, I have made sure that the customer name in the file and in the system are identical.
Is there any difference between a customer created manually and one created with Power Automate ? Has anyone run into the same problem ?
