I have a customer requirement to capture the date/time that an email was received in Outlook/Exchange, which may be different than the time it shows as created in Dynamics 365.
Apparently where emails are manual "tracked", and the user tracks an email several hours or days after receiving the email, the Dynamics 365 created date/time will be when the email is tracked, not when it was actually received by the user.
Is there any way to capture the actual email created time from Exchange/Outlook in Dynamics 365?
