Details are probably something like this:
1. Search Amazon or eBay for "bluetooth scanner". Examples:

2. Add a Windows based tablet. Example:

3. Install Microsoft RMS on the tablet.
Run Store Operations Manager, Inventory, Physical Inventory or Purchase Orders.
Use the bluetooth scanner to add items to worksheets or PO's.
Any Windows 7 or 8 tablet with full version of Windows should work, not RT.
A USB port model would also work with a standard scanner if you don't mind the cord.
Make sure your wireless network is accessible everywhere in the store including stock rooms.
