What is the functionality of this out of box plugin ActivityFeeds.Plugins.CaseClose in ms crm 2013? Can someone share the code for this. ?

This is a managed plugin and we do not have code of it.

Unfortunately the ActivityFeeds is not open source as it is a Microsoft Internal Solutions.
If you want, you can view the content of the solutions for OnPremise in following location: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\Setup\Serviceability\Latest\Actions_Org\Install\Solutions
However, as mentioned earlier, the code is not publicly available.
