QuickView Forms in Reporting

(0) ShareShare
ReportReport
Posted on by

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read my post!

I use a few QuickView Forms to pull information from one entity (Employee) to my other entities (Notices, Workplace Violence Incident Reports, etc.).  I'm having an issue when it comes to building a report for an entity that has a QuickView form inserted into it.

Currently, I am trying to create a report for my Workplace Violence Incident Reports entity that will be reporting all reports for a given region.  However, in order to do that I need to be able to set the filter criteria to sort out irrelevant office locations.  The only place where the office information is located is the QuickView form that pulls over from the Employee entity.

I can't seem to find a way to pull information from that QuickView form.  I would appreciate any insight into this matter.  Thank you!

    Brandon,

Have you tried this method to get Quick View form fields values?

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.

If you are creating a report, you should be able to get the office data from the related Employee entity (using a SQL join or fetchXML link-entity)
