Error when adding item to Sales Quote

Hello,

When adding item 20270 with a quantity of over 35 to a sales quote, we get the attached error. For example SQ-105782.

This also happens in Sandbox. For example SQ-096318. Haven't come across it with any other item.

There is 32 in stock but not sure if that's a coincidence.

    Check your Extensions.  If I had to guess you have an extension that is connected to the Validation of the Quantity field on the Sales Lines.  Something in this Extension is causing this message.  Reach out to your partner (who I assume made the extension) to have them look into the cause.

    You need to debug in this case, because as I can see behind there is a customization done. you need to connect with same developer.

    Hello,

    This is likely to be a stock warning that the system is trying to show. But is trying to do it by not using an error but a page. Because is being done in the middle of a transaction you get that behavior.

    This can be caused by some customization.

    If you don't have any that may affect table 37 then is probably a MS issue. Log it with MS/
