Backorder on hold automatic release

Hi,

Is there any way to automatically remove hold from backordered items? I am after removing hold after specific time or after next delivery of backorderd product is received.

My scenario:

Product on hand 100, Customer A orders 100. I want to put 50 on backorder and hold until next delivery in 3 weeks.

Remaining 50 I will redistribute for other customers orders.
