I have selected users from within four business units who are affected by the their contacts on their phones being duplicated.
Contact is loaded in CRM
CRM syncs to Outlook
Contact is added into Outlook (often multiple times)
Outlook syncs to Phone mulitple times.
We can turn the sync to phone off which prevents the duplicated contacts come through but obviously our TM's are wanting to access that information on the go. I have 5 users out of 46 who are affected and they are all set up the same. Why is it just some users? Also it is a mix of iPhones and Samsungs so I cannot even put device down to the issue.
I am wanting CRM to sync to Contacts in Outlook, if user exists merge or ask the user if they want to create new version and then just one version sync to phone.
