Hi guys,

I migrated activities (emails, appointments, etc.) from a legacy system to Dynamics 365 using the SDK. All are well migrated (with dynamics statuses, etc.). I see those activities in the related activities of a case but not in the Activity feed.

Do you know why? and how can I fix it?

Thanks!

Akrem

    Akrem,

Activities should not appear in Activity Feed if you haven't configured it in purpose. Please check quick introduction to Activity Feeds - msdn.microsoft.com/.../hh547394.aspx
