How to include the original message in an automatic reply email?

Hi,

Can someone suggest any workaround (without plugin), how to include the original message in an automatic reply email. Currently i am using Auto Case create rule. If i add the Email description field (dynamic field) in Auto reply email, the email body is included with html tags. I am adding this Email Description in Case description field without any issue. But i need it in Auto reply email.

    Hi Saroj,

    There is no direct way of doing this. If you are sending automatic replies as an automated email through workflow, then you can include description field of Email entity in the automated email. Description field of email entity contains body of the email.

    Hi,

    I am using Auto record create and update rule for this. And adding description field in the automated email won't resolve the issue, rather it will add html tags with the email body which is very awkward. So i am formatting it as plain text. but my requirement is getting actual email (includes tables, images) sent from user and put that in my auto response email. I have done it in some extend but not complete success.
