Who do you use for Support? How responsive are they and what is the cost? We are currently with TriBridge.

The big resellers such as Tribridge or SBS can be very useful for "big" projects (installs, upgrades, complex customizations/integrations, etc.). But for day-to-day support, there are certainly a bunch of independent consultants such as myself, who've been working with the Dynamics product line(s) for a long time. The reduced cost of an independent consultant can save you 25-40% of the typical reseller's cost. Often, an independent consultant will respond in a more timely manner as well.
Personally, I've worked with Dynamics SL for 19 years. I was a certified trainer in FRx and certainly would be for Management Reporter too if there was a formal exam. I've been independent for over 4 years now, with a handful of long-time clients who rely on me for the day-to-day support. As needed for these clients, I will work with a reseller for larger projects that I can't do on my own. That relationship works well for all parties - the client gets timely & slightly cheaper support and the reseller maintains a client and also gets some work out of it as well.
I've had a couple of clients find me via https://www.upwork.com/. This is a site where independent consultants like myself can register and "sell" themselves.
I'd be happy to take this offline if there's a need for any basic SL or MR support.
