Hi,

I have a requirement to show a OOB + New button based on the security role

Can anyone advise the steps and JS to achieve this

By default when the code is executed - operation is not completed because it's not even started yet. So that is why I set isAsyncOperationCompleted to false.

Check the code a bit further - to the line 21 - I set isAsyncOperationCompleted to true when sync operation was completed.

Thanks Andrew. I went through the code and on the second line of the code, how do you get whether the Async operation completed or not? Is there any other function to get that. I am a beginner in the JS

Task is similar to the task I described here - butenko.pro/.../

The only reason that instead of creating new button you will have to customize existing.
