How to map HCMEmployeeEntity for Dual Write

I am trying to map HcmEmployeeEntity present in FO with table called Employee in dataverse.

This entity have 4 keys such as PersonnalNumber, StartDate, End Date and  LegalEnityID. 

As we know Employee entity is Cross-Company type so I can't make relationship with Company at dataverse side for LegalEntityId.

So I need to know how can I map LegalEntityId without making Employee company specific.
