Hi,
Any help to make customer selection in POS mandatory before making sales transactions.

In effect it is - i.e. typically set up as a default customer for all sales.
if you want to select a. n. other customer you can - but only the operator entering the transaction will know whether it is a walk in /default customer or a specific customer and the pos will not validate if they select the right Cus id - it will not know.
if you have a loyalty card system, or a an on account sale then the customer is more likely to want to be identified on the transaction, and then maybe the system can validate against e.g. a mobile number. For on account they will not get credit unless the specific account is chosen.

We have a loyalty campaign and most likely the operator will miss entering customer or loyalty card number and therefore points won't count, I've searched everywhere to make this as a validation but it seems more of customization that i need help with.
