Cisco Webex Contact Center configuration with Customer Service Workspace

Hi 
 
We are trying to configure Webex Contact Center for the Customer Service Workspace with no success. we are able to do it using the Customer Service Hub but we are not able to configure it for CSW. 
 
We are desperate to find some information about how to get it to work with CSW. anyone has faced this challenge?

    Based on the introduction of this app, CSW app is indeed not listed.
    I suggest you seek support on that solution's website for confirmation.
