How can I do that?
How can I get the Authorization URI and Organization.WSAL file?

Hi,
Organization.wsdl file can be downloaded from CRM. Navigate to settings->Customization->Developer Resource.
If you are planning to use Oauth authentication to access CRM WEB API. First step is to register an app in Active Directory. Please see below article.

Bipin - Is it mandatory to use OAuth authentication in case of mixed on-premise & IFD CRM environment? Because I am trying to use Web APIs on SoapUI and getting error 401 unathenticated. Please suggest if it is okay to use AD (NTLM) authentication just to test Web REST APIs on SoapUI.
In case IFD is enable we need to use Oauth. See below doc from microsoft.
