Hello,

I know the admin center is usually available by link in the top left corner of the screen or top right drown down near settings; however neither of these are available.

I have SUPER permissions and a few others for modifying pages. Not sure where or how to access this.

I have the same question (0)

    Hello Jake,

Are you able to access Microsoft 365 Admin portal ?

You need GA ( Global Admin  ) rights to create new users on M365 Admin portal .

    portal.office.com/.../Home

    learn.microsoft.com/.../add-users

    Horia,

I was able to access the Users page with the original Global Admin account; however, we set a user as another global admin and they are unable to navigate to edit users in 365

    Horia,

To clarify, it looks like I'm able to access the Dynamics 365 Business Central admin center, but this isn't where users are updated.

I am having trouble accessing or navigating to the users page. I even sent them the link and they got an error saying they didn't have access due to permissions

    Jake,

Most probably your account is not setup as SUPER user, please try using a 2nd account add SUPER permision so you can run sync process from M365 .

    Hope you added license:
    The import includes license assignments.

Sign in to Business Central using an administrator account.
Choose the. icon, enter Users, and then choose the related link.
Choose Update Users from Microsoft 365.

    Regards,
    Robin
