Power BI Connection - "Refresh is in progress"

In Power BI, when adding /Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central - Finance/ APP and try to connect my data, it is take forever to get this refreshed, I left it for a day but it didn't even gets refreshed at all. 
 
/Refresh is in progress/ takes forever. I am using BC cloud version.

    I have installed this app in several different environments and I have never experienced this issue.
    My recommandation would be to delete the PowerBI app and then try to re-install it again.
