Multilevel Packing/Container structure

I'm sure there must be away around this in standard, but can't quite figure it out. I have a situation where I have two individual orders that are packed in their own containers in different warehouses. I then want to consolidate these packed items onto a pallet that gets shipped - it's like having a multi-level container structure using containerization, but you first pick and pack each order in a different warehouse, then consolidate onto a pallet for the final pack. Has anyone managed to do it? Thanks
