Custom role center cues not showing for users

I have made custom role centers with custom cues.  I can see them and so can the other BC developer, but other users cannot see them -- they are not there at all.  The rest of the role center is there.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

    Then it must be a permission issue.
    Have you defined application areas and defied permission object for your extention?
    All users that are not super users needs to be assigned permission to the extention where you have developed your queues.
