Hi Guys
In the Case entity in the Customer Service Hub, the Summary tab has an area as per the screenshot in which you can see Recent Cases and Entitlements, Knowledge and Similar Cases:
My question is - how can you enable this on the Case entity in other apps that you may have? Or have Microsoft locked it down to the Customer Service Hub only?
Any help is gratefully received :-)

For example: this function is also available in sales. This is a quick view control and can only be edited in classic mode.
First: you should unlock this section.

Microsoft didn't lock it into customer service., it just opens a different case form by default.
Customer service: case-> case for interactive experience.
Sales: case -> case. You can switch forms were marked below.
