If you have a tier 1 all-in-one box with Contoso demo data, you can find the media assets in a folder in the retail server. If you have a tier 2 instance (Contoso demo data) with e-commerce enabled, you will be able to download them from the site builder from the product media page.
If you do not find it, ping me I will provide you with the URL to a private media server that has most of the images for demo data.
