We are using PSA but as far as I know the business process flow is the same.
We are using the out of the box business process flow to go from opportunity to quote to sales order.
My question is:
When / how does the opportunity get closed?
I can see the sales pipeline field updating but the opportunities always stay open.
Is there not some process that should close them once the quote is won?
Right now, even with the pipeline phase and sales stage says Closed the opportunity is still in the list of open opportunites.
Very confused.
