How to add link Dynamics GP to ADFS(Active Directory)

GP doesn't integrate with Active Directory.
You'd need an add-on to accomplish this; Fast path have a utility which looks pretty good: www.gofastpath.com/.../config-ad.aspx

I would absolutely go with Fast Path, it syncs GP Passwords with Active Directory and provide the single sign on
Fast Path works otherwise look at setting up web client as a new feature (released in the next few months) will have this type of integration.
