Dealing with Digitally signed emails

Hello all,

When we are getting emails with red ribbon  we can see emails body and attachments on outlook. But when we try to see signed (not encrypted) email attachments turn into *.p7m file extension and we can't see actual attachment(s). I made my own research and found some results like this and this and a lots of ideas of course . I'm wondering  is there anybody solve this problem ? How can i remove sign from signed emails ?
