When picking items for sales using a mobile device, it should be possible to select the entire quantity associated with a parent license plate.
For instance, an item sold individually can be stored in boxes or on pallets. Currently, the only method to manage this is by using nested license plates—where boxes represent individual license plates and pallets serve as the parent license plate.
In the context of sales picking, being able to scan the parent license plate would streamline the process, as scanning each individual license plate can be time-consuming, especially if there are multiple boxes (license plates) within a parent license plate.
I’d like to know if this feature is still unavailable in the current Dynamics F&O warehouse management system or if it has been addressed.
