Does any table in Business Central hold a Fixed Asset's "Place in Serice Date"?

Hello,

No there is No Such Field in Fixed Asset.

But you can use the Maintenance Tab, the Boolean of "Under Maintenance" will be Active and for that time period the FA will be "InActive".

For that you need to do little bit customization as per your requirement.

In Business Central, there isn't a direct field labeled as Placed in Service Date, but the closest equivalent is the Depreciation Start Date, which is found in the FA Depreciation Book table. This date indicates when the asset was put into use and started depreciating.

If your business requires tracking the exact Placed in Service Date separately from depreciation, you can consider customizing the system by adding a new field to the Fixed Asset Card or using an existing field such as Acquisition Date for reference.
