I want to trace the log, to find user did the estimation,
because my user don't do it yet, but some of the production order has been released.

Hi Benjamin,
You can enable database log on certain tables when records are inserted or modified. Note that it could create a lot of records which needs to be cleaned up regularly. Once you have your answer, you can also disable the log again to prevent database growth and possible performance issues.

I want to check the production order that has been estimated by unauthorized user.
could I trace by checking at another table, for example during production order being estimated, data estimation created at some related table, i think I could view its as long as it has standart field created by, date and modified by and date.
could you advice.
If some tables indeed have the created by field activated, you would be able to see the user. I don't know all related tables by name, but you can fiddle around to see which tables do have records in relation to the production order.

I don't feel logging might help you, as there are series of tables getting updated. One way is to restrict the users(in future) by defining their permissions such that the estimation functionality is limited to few people.
You can assign/remove the following security privilege/duty to the intended roles of users:
(Path: Production control/Periodic/Production orders/Estimation)
Security Privilege Name: ProdCostEstimationProcess
Label: Estimate costs
(or)
Security Duty Name: ProdProductionOrderReleaseMaintain
Label: Maintain release of production orders
Security Duty Name: CostingVersionCostMasterMaintain
Label: Maintain cost master
