How to Check Capacity In CRM 2011

Hi,

We are currently setting up to do data migration from our CRM 2011, which includes taking the attachments from CRM and storing them in azure blob storage.

Where in CRM 2011 can I find what the capacity of attachments is and how much space there is left?

It would have been easier in CRM 2016 because everything can be found on the power platform admin centre, but very hard to find in CRM 2011.

Thanks.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

Before Dynamics CRM 9.0, I think there is only offline SDK document available, here is a CRM 2011 download link but only Chinese/Japanese. You may download CRM 2015 SDK in here

There are many attachment entities in CRM, "Note"(Annotation) and "Attachment"(ActivityMimeAttachment) are the mainly entities. The link is CRM v9.0.

Both entity has a FileSize field for you to query and sum.
