Security Role

Hi All,

I have a question regarding individual Activity Entity. 

If i create a new Activity entity and want to give only certain group of people access to this entity is there a way to achieve this?

I know all activity types are controlled under Activity and so not sure how to separate out security for this new entity on the security role, hence the question.

    Hi,

    You can use some JavaScript Code to restrict some actions based on user security role.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately you can not separate custom service activity entity in security roles. You need to create custom entity and do not check "Define as an activity entity"

    JavaScript code is not OOB. But it's supported.
