Disabling Quick create form based on a condition

Hi,

We have enabled the quick create form in UCI. When the user open the contact form and click on + button in sub grid, in UCI it should show the Quick create form and where as in standard I dont want to show the quick create instead I want to show the form on button click.

Please advise the steps and code to achieve this
