79I need some clarification on the actual relation between the Shopfloor control module and how it affects the materplanning.
Example,
1.- Based on the master planning, I released a production order.
2.- I'm registering advance in the order through the shopfloor control module.
3.- Based on that information, I realized that I'm behind schedule for 5 days, It will take an additional 5 days to complete the order.
4.- I would expect that if I run the master planning again, the system will recognize that, and will schedule the next production order (on that resource) 5 days later.
Does Dynamics work this way? Because the scenario I'm talking about is VERY real.
Putting it in other words,
If I consider the original Masterplannig output as the Standard Production plan,
And the progress reported through the Shopfloor Control as the Real production,
1) There is something like a STD vs Real production report?
2) Does this delay is reflected in a new Master Planning?
Please advise.
